MAKE UP INSTRUCTIONS Place required amount of mix (see table below) into a mixing bowl fitted with beater attachment. Add the required amount of water and blend to a dough on slow speed. As soon as a dough is obtained, switch off. DO NOT OVER MIX. STEAMING INSTRUCTIONS: Roll dough out to 3mm thickness and use as required. Roly Poly - in a 30cm sleeve tin for 1.5 - 2 hours. Steak and Kidney Pudding - follow mixing instructions given above. Roll out to 3mm thickness. Line greased tins or basins with pastry. Cover tins or basins and steam for 1.5 hours. Dumplings - follow mixing instructions given above. Divide into 60g pieces and mould into rounds. Either steam in steamer for 15 - 20 minutes or in with stew for last 15 minutes of cooking. These instructions are intended as a guide and may require changes to fit individual conditions.
Store in cool and dry conditions away from direct sunlight and frost. Once opened, reseal the pack, store in cool and dry conditions.
