Hob: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a hot frying pan. Add diced chicken / protein of choice / sliced vegetables and stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes. Add tikka masala sauce, stir and simmer for 10 minutes (or until protein is thoroughly cooked). Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Oven: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a hot frying pan. Add diced chicken / protein of choice / sliced vegetables and stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes. Transfer to an oven proof dish and add sauce, stir and cover. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 350 °F / Gas Mark 4 for 25 - 30 minutes until protein is thoroughly cooked. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 7 days.
